Andre Kunz

Andre Kunz is an accomplished clay target shooter and experienced coach with a strong record of success at provincial, national and international levels. Having represented South Africa at several major international championships, Andre combines proven competitive experience with a personalised and practical approach to coaching. His international career includes representing the South African team at the 2019 ICTSF World English Sporting Championship in Ireland. In 2022, he achieved an impressive 17th-place finish at the World Compak Sporting Championship. Andre was also selected to represent South Africa at the 2024 World Compak Sporting Championship in Hungary and the 2025 World FITASC Sporting Championship in Cyprus. His national and provincial achievements include being crowned the 2021 Limpopo English Sporting Champion, finishing as runner-up at the Northern Cape FITASC Sporting Championship and winning the Central Gauteng Sporting Championship in 2023. He also earned a bronze medal at the 2023 South African Compak Championship and a silver medal at the 2023 Chairman’s Cup. As a coach, Andre works with shooters of all experience levels—from complete beginners learning the fundamentals to competitive athletes seeking to improve their consistency and results. Every coaching programme is adapted to the individual shooter’s abilities, goals and preferred shooting discipline.
