Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Compak South Africa website (compaksa.co.za) and the member portal. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by them.

1. Membership

Membership is open to shooters who comply with the Compak SA bylaws and FITASC rules. Membership fees, renewal, suspension and termination are governed by the bylaws available on the Rules page.

2. Acceptable use

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You may not impersonate another member, scrape the site, or attempt to bypass access controls.
• Any user-submitted content (gallery, testimonials, feedback) must be your own and lawful.

3. Competition entries

Entries are subject to the published rules of each event and to the discretion of the organising committee. Entry fees, refunds and forfeiture follow the event terms.

4. Intellectual property

The Compak SA logo, written content, photographs and design are owned by or licensed to Compak SA. You may share links to our pages, but may not republish content without written permission.

5. Liability

The site is provided "as is". Compak SA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or participation in events to the extent permitted by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
